INVITING ENTERPRISES TO JOIN THE HO CHI MINH CITY LOGISTICS AND PORT ASSOCIATION (HLA)

Dear Enterprises in the Logistics and Port Ecosystem,

The Ho Chi Minh City Logistics and Port Association (HLA), formerly known as the Ho Chi Minh City Logistics Association, was established under Decision No. 2474/QD-UBND issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on July 8, 2021.

In accordance with the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee regarding the consolidation of industry associations, HLA officially held its 1st General Assembly for the 2025–2030 term on October 31, 2025, under its new name: Ho Chi Minh City Logistics and Port Association (HLA).

HLA is a voluntary professional organization established by enterprises operating in freight forwarding, logistics, seaport services, and related sectors within Ho Chi Minh City. The Association aims to strengthen collaboration among businesses, support the sustainable development of the logistics and port industry, and serve as a bridge between the business community and government authorities.

Through this letter, HLA cordially invites your organization to join our growing community of logistics and port enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
